Application area
The present general terms and conditions apply to all services offered by ITALIANO RAPIDO.
ITALIANO RAPIDO was founded in 2023 with the aim of providing high-quality teaching of Italian as a second language.
The school is committed to supporting anyone who wishes to learn the Italian language, culture and life-style. We offer a range of courses to suit all all levels, delivered by a qualified teacher using the best educational resources. Chose between 1-2-1 learning or group classes.
Payment
Full payment is required before any lessons will commence.
Lessons are sold as a block and all lessons within that block, must be paid for in advance.

Registrations can be made online.
Full payment is required before any lessons will commence.
Confirmation will be sent by email only once full payment has been received.
Teaching units
The teaching units need to be consumed within 6 months after initial payment.
Online teaching via conferencing tools
Online courses and training take place only via Teams. The teacher decide the platform to use and the client shall comply with that. It is the responsibility of the client to install the platform required. The client must have an appropriate terminal device (computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone) and internet connection to participate in the online classes. The participants are expressly prohibited from making recordings (sound and/or images) of the online lessons.
Cancellation Policy – Rules relating to cancellation of ONE-TO-ONE classes
Cancellation with 24 hours’ notice or more
If you can not attend your agreed class, you must advise your ITALIANO RAPIDO at least 24 hours before the class is due to start. You will not be charged for this class and this class will not be deducted from your block of classes. The class will be rescheduled at a date and time suitable to both ITALIANO RAPIDO and client.
Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice
If you cancel within 24 hours of the agreed start time of your class, this will count as a cancellation. Fee for this class is to be paid by the client or the class will be deducted from your agreed package.
No show
In the case when a client does not log on to the platform at the time of the agreed lesson or does not contact the teacher prior to the time of the agreed lesson, this will count as a cancellation. Fee for this class is to be paid by the client or the class will be deducted from your agreed package.
Note : The teacher will send you a reminder message and wait for you for 10 minutes of the scheduled class time.
Late
If you arrive late to a class, within the 15 minutes of the agreed start time of the class, this class will go ahead as per the agreed time frame. The loss of minutes will be taken from the students learning time.
If the teacher needs to cancel?
Where the teacher is unable to deliver a class, details will be communicated to the client well in advance. In the case of an emergency, including sickness or technical issues, where the teacher cannot deliver a class. The teacher will notify the client as soon as possible and an alternative date will be arranged to reschedule this class.
If the teacher is late?
The teacher is committed to providing quality language classes for the length of time that has been agreed. If your teacher arrives late and cannot complete the full time of the class you will have the opportunity to complete the lost time at the end or start of the next class.
Cancellation of the course
If you can no longer attend lessons, it will, of course, make us very sad to lose you as a student. If you are not happy with your classes, which is very rare, there are some options that we can look at before we resort to the cancellation of the full course:
- You can give us feedback about your experience and we will work with the teacher to adapt the course content, if agreeable by both parties
- Try changing the length of your classes – to fit better with your schedule
- Think about gifting the remaining classes on your pack to a friend or family member
- If after considering all these options, cancellation is the only option left, unfortunately we can not offer a refund
Cancellation Policy – Rules relating to cancellation of GROUP classes
Cancellation of a course
If a language course is cancelled by the client, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellation free of charge up to 4 weeks prior to the start of the course.
- Cancellation within 2 weeks of the start date of the course : 50% of the total cost is to be paid by the client. If payment is already made, 50% refund will be issued by ITALIANO RAPIDO
- Cancellation within 1 week of the start date of the course : 100% of the total cost is to be paid by the client.
Cancellation of the lesson
If you are unable to attend the scheduled group class, regardless of whether prior notice of cancellation is provided, or if you arrive late to the class, Italiano Rapido will not issue a refund for the missed session.

Payment terms
Upon submitting the required fee through the ITALIANO RAPIDO website, the platform will promptly issue a receipt to the client for the corresponding amount of the order. It is the responsibility of ITALIANO RAPIDO to ensure that client receive the appropriate receipt for their payment.
It is strictly prohibited for clients to engage in any action or attempt to evade the payment of fees in accordance with the Italiano Rapido booking policy.
Additionally, arranging or attempting to arrange lessons outside the Italiano Rapido platform is also strictly prohibited.
Violation of these policies will result in the closure of the student’s account, and legal action may be pursued to recover any outstanding amounts. Italiano Rapido reserves the right to modify or adjust these fees at any time. The prices displayed on italianorapido.eu include all applicable fees.
All course documents are included in the course fees or the total amount to be paid in case of one-to-one lessons. Exceptions are extra books which will be ordered and paid for by the client.
In case of last-minute registrations, the payment of the entire course fee must be proven at least at the beginning of the course. Otherwise ITALIANO RAPIDO will reserve itself the right to reject the participation.
For one-to-one tailored classes, the required fee is to be paid 4 weeks in advance of the start date. An invoice will be issued prior to starting the next 4 lessons.
For group classes, the required fee for the full course, is to be paid in advance of the start date.
Withdrawal and course changes
ITALIANO RAPIDO reserves itself the right to cancel language courses for important reasons. An important reason is at hand in particular if the intended number of course participants cannot be reached for the respective course.
If a course is cancelled by ITALIANO RAPIDO, participants will receive a full refund. As an alternative to cancelling the course, the teacher may postpone the course, shorten it or offer it in a smaller group at a higher course fee. The course participant has the right to accept the course under the changed conditions or to withdraw from the course, free of charge.
In the event of illness or prevention of the teacher delivering the course will be postponed, depending on the availability of the group or participant.
The participants will be informed on changes or cancellations via phone and/or via email.
Guarantee
ITALIANO RAPIDO has a high success rate. However, learning is individual to everyone and people learn differently and at different paces. That is why ITALIANO RAPIDO provide a choice of learning options including 1-2-1 and group environments. While the teaching practices and learning material supports the learning journey, ITALINAO RAPIDO cannot guarantee results.
Information on privacy
ITALIANO RAPIDO is responsible for the processing of personal data provided by the customer. The data provided by the customer will be saved as long as they are needed for the fulfilment of the contract purpose.
The customer is obliged to immediately notify ITALIANO RAPIDO in case of changes of the personal data provided at the registration (in particular referring to the name, address, email address and phone number). Declarations via email shall be deemed received if they were sent to the most recently communicated email address provided by the customer.
